All participants in the conference (authors, co-authors, panel organizers, members of the academic board, etc.) are kindly requested to fill the following visa request form and send the completed form alongside their passport image (First two pages in one frame, preferred in JPEG) to the conference secretariat (Mrs. Fatemeh Serkani: spiw@atu.ac.ir).
All of the visa process will be undertaken by the SPIW team and you do not need to take any action with regard to your visa at this stage.

To have a smooth travel and entry to Iran, all conference participants are advised to state the Iranian consulate in their country as the ‘Visa Issuance Place’ and collect it from the consulate before their departure.
Otherwise (including for those participants with no Iranian Embassy in their country), please state ‘Imam Khomeini International Airport – Tehran’ as the ‘Visa Issuance Place’ if you are going to collect it at the airport.
You will be notified if that option is available for you or you need to attend the Iranian consulate in your country. This notification will be made after your unique visa reference number is issued by the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
