Besides the call for individual papers, SPIW welcomes proposal for closed panels. The rules for closed panels are as follows:

• Panel proposals should include a title, full name and affiliation of panel organizer(s), panel description (500 words), and 4-6 paper abstracts.
• The panel organizer(s) or proposers will be responsible for sending invitations to the paper presenters and accepting all paper abstracts submitted to the panel.
• Presenters of panel papers should consists of researchers of various countries (at least three) or their papers should relate to different countries (at least three) to ensure the comparative characteristics of panels.
• All papers for the panel must be submitted separately by their authors (not by panel organizers) through the online mechanism of the conference

• Panel organizers cannot present a paper in their own panel but could submit papers for other closed panels or for the general paper call.

   To submit a closed panel please send the panel proposal in a WORD file attached to an email to the following address, putting the "Panel proposal: title" in the subject area of your email: spiw@atu.ac.ir
